“Disgusted. Was offered £291 for my iPhone which I sent in perfect condition. The offer was then revised after 5 days to £174 and they sent me photos of an incredibly damaged iPhone to explain why. I rejected the offer and now await my iPhone back, if it returns damaged which I'm sure it will, what do I do. Entire Christmas ruined”
