“I only received a total of £19.73 for all my items i sent, instead of the value of £24.08 that i was originally quoted (= £4.35 difference) - & no explanation/breakdown has been provided on my account as to why some of my perfectly good/in working order goods were 'rejected' for some reason?!?! :o(”
