“I sent them two items: The first item one of their 'most experienced' engineers was unable to turn on?! After providing evidence that it had worked fine at home they granted me a re-test... the device powered on fine. Second item was re-valued after it was 'unable to connect to Wifi'. When I queried this they told me they couldn't turn the Wifi on. I asked which one they meant but after around 3 seperate attempts over the course of a month they failed to get back to me each time. They eventually offered to return the device rather than get a response from their tech department.”

“The phone I purchased was a refurbished one and was not as stated at all! Very scratched when arrived, expected it to be in much better condition. Also had lots of problems with it, Battery is very very bad and runs out after about 40 minutes or less. Unexpectedly turns off when battery is nearly full! Very dissapointed.”

“Heard about the service loads on tv adverts for example but had never used since now. Very easy process all round. Short walk to my local shop to leave the goods, picked up by the driver, taken back for testing and then swift payment. GREAT!!”
