“Sent them a working iPhone 5s for sale. Received an email from them titled "Your item is not as specified. Please view our Revised Offer". They claimed the reason to be "Screen - green frame around LCD more than 1 cm" and so the offer was reduced to £19.50. Needless to say the phone (and screen) was fine when I sent it to them. I instructed them to return the phone - I'd sooner throw it away than give it to them!”

“I needed a new phone but am on a really good value SIM only plan so I just wanted a good phone for not too much money. I looked around at new phones but I could only get an OK phone for what I wanted to spend. My 13 year suggested secondhand and Music Magpie and now I am the proud owner of a Samsung S6, good condition for only £159.99 (£20 off promotion) The phone is in really good condition, one scratch on the back but that is fine as I will have a cover on it and then it looks brand new. I could have had very good or pristine condition but more expensive and whenever I buy a new phone, watch or other gadget I nearly always cause some cosmetic damage in the first few days and then no more damage for years and I'm left with the annoying first and last minor damage! At least this has been done for me already! Service was excellent and the phone arrived really quickly, packaged really well. What is the point of buying a brand new phone? I have saved money and the waste of a perfectly good phone. Thank you”
