“Impressed with MusicMagpie, less so with the Royal Mail 48 service... I sent my iPhone7, by Royal Mail (free) using the printed label. It then went on a tour of the UK - according to the tracking info it visited Manchester/Bacup/Scotland/Tyneside. After 7 working days, I contacted MusicMagpie who looked at the tracking data and decided it was best to assume it was lost and not going to arrive. They said they would process the deal and authorise payment for the full amount, as per the insurance Ts&Cs. Following day I got an email saying it had now arrived (8 working days, 12 real days, after I posted it!). Payment was still processed in full and received the next day.”
