“Mostly an easy and smooth transaction however after receiving an email saying “your item has arrived at our warehouse and as your items arrived before 2pm we’ll issue payment today” there were no further updates for 3 days (over a weekend.) I did not receive payment “same day” as is promised and promoted on the website and alluded to in their email, but several days later. This in itself wouldn’t have been much of an issue, but lack of any communication regarding what was happening was frustrating and I was left wondering what was happening and if there was a problem. Improved communication regarding order status and fulfilling the “same day” promise would improve my rating from 4* to 5*.”
