Excellent service. Label and package guide was e-mailed very quickly, allowing you to post your items as soon as you can package it and post them! In addition to the service they provide, I would like to see them give an option of providing you with packages suitable for posting items as not everyone owns these. For tech, they provide a detailed guide for different condition of items which is really helpful. I have earnt around £100 selling my old tech, CDs, DVDs and games recently! Thank you MusicMagpie!

Selling process was very simple. Once price was agreed, just had to box the items up and send by Freepost. Received my cheque around a week later.

Delivery to MusicMagpie was easy and intuitive, and the easily accessible pack and send guide ensured you followed the right procedures. However, I think e-mail notifications could have been more forthright: I only received an e-mail notifying me that they had received my goods on the day the payment was processed. Overall, though, a good level of service.

I was amazed I was able to find many of the CDs I once owned that for a number of reasons I no longer have - it was like being able to re-buy the sound track of my youth! Absolutely brilliant!

One of the worst experiences ever had with a company. Sold some items, payment was slow and had to email 3 times to get payment with zero reply. Shocking service. Avoid

Hello, We're sorry to learn your experience was not positive. When your order was received and tested, it was found that the iPhone was locked to an iCloud account. We ask that this is removed prior to sending as it can slow the process down. The item was marked for a retest on 1/8/18, the unlock was successful and our technicians regraded the device to poor condition from good condition due to heavy scratches. The revised offer was accepted on 3/8/18 after 4pm, so payment could not be authorised the same day. The payment was then authorised on 6/8/18, the next working day as per our terms and conditions. Having looked into your order and account, we could not locate any emails from the email address provided. Can you please confirm which email address you had written to? Kind regards, mM CS

Really disappointed as I wasn’t aware two orders could not be sent in the same box, the box was then lost by the courier, and I only received the lower amount of the two orders, so I’m £25 out of pocket. Be warned....do not send two orders in the same box!

Hello Julie, We're sorry to learn your experience was not positive. When orders are confirmed, we provide welcome packs with the relevant labels and information regarding sending your items to us. Each separate order will have its own label and tracking, which is required to claim in the event of a parcel going missing. As both orders were in one box, we could not claim for the orders individually. As a claim was raised for order 4732583 with the relevant receipt, this is the order we paid out. Kind regards, mM CS

Quick service, professional and give in depth step by step guides on everything that you have to do, down to removing unthought of things like removing phone tracking. Quick payment and, exactly what was quoted with no fuss. Highly recommended.

I am impressed with the no nonsense ease of navigation of the MusicMagpie web site - clean, clear and pleasingly hard to ignore fantastic discounts consistently being offered and which I take advantage of. I am very impressed with Music Magpie, just recently sold my phone to them and were very efficient with their payment in return. Easy process, just box your items, place their label(s) on the box and hey presto. Just keep the Post Office receipt in case of any issues. Will definitely be using Music Magpie again.
