“Terrible Terrible ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE.- Complete SCAM No Contact Number, No Return Address, NO Response from Emails! Seriously all beware of this company! Bought a phone told them within 14 days i didn't like it. Emailed them as per their website. The customer Agent Mark confimed his happy for me to return the item but forgot to send the address and return label. So i emailed him again the same day for the address and label. No response so i emailed Music Magpie again the next day! Same no response so what did i do ?......Emailed them again the next day their customer agent this time Ben says i am outside the 14 day return period - WHAT how is this the case when i requsted the return within 12 days and it was accepted ??......Still waiting reply wont hold my breath. I want to make a formal complain but cant find a Complaints Contact NO SURPRISE! and Now their ignoring emails really ?”

“Easy to register the items and send them off however they did contact me saying they hadn’t received all the items even though I had boxed them off together! Once I explained they should have all been in the same box it was sorted quickly and I received my payment”
