“Quick and easy service. Sent my phone off on the Friday got paid on the Wednesday. Only thing that would be better is if they sent you out the packaging to send your product off in. Would definitely use again though.”

“Sent a perfectly good working and undamaged (been in a case since day one) OnePlus 5 to them and they have rejected it saying it's damaged (bent apparently) beyond repair. And offered me a fraction of the price. £13 instead of £127 but funnily enough they still want the phone 🤔 after reading other reviews I can only assume it's a ploy to knock down prices paid out as there is nothing wrong with the phone”

“Having cleared my CD collection I used Music Magpie app to sell some of them but they do not take all ( a bit disappointing really) but the post procedure was easy just wrapped them up in old corrugated cardboard and boxed them up. took to local PO with the barcode in the app. within a week I had my money in my Pay pal account.”

“Multiple failed pick ups from couriers, had to go to a drop off point in the end and hope for the best. Limited customer service, email only that's financially beneficial to the company but a massive hit to customer service. Will not be using the service again.”
