“Having updated my 'i phone X' to an X1 pro I decided to sell the X. “Sent wrong item, refused replacement so i lost out on a £70 voucher Bought an apple watch on ebay when ebay had a discount code. Music magpie sent me the wrong item. I asked if they could give me a replacement since if i got a refund i would lose the voucher due to their error. They could not care any less, and it seems like this is common with them. They would not hold an item back for me (they had them in stock on their ebay store). Moral of the story if ebay has a discount code go to any other store!”
