“Your van value was very poor because I was looking for a good deal on a van of the same that I have now for good 3 months before I finally got the one I'm now selling and I never found a very cheap van as lower as the amount you have valued my van for even on the gum tree up till the present. However, I rated you very poor.”

Hi I have had a look at the free factsheets you received for both of the vehicles and need to apologies that currently we are experiencing a problem displaying the Tax and MOT status and the MOT history, we are looking into this issue. Usually the factsheet does give you these details. I would like to prompt you to do a Gold check if you are interested in this vehicle LS57UUG. I do hope you use the service again when we have dealt with the current problem. Regards Cherry

“I did not request any further contact with car check and the check that was given was very basic (yes its got wheels) I was then begged to buy silver or gold or even a supa dupa woopa car check service cost 1 million 5 million or 100 million or what ever junk you quoted. I have since received 2 more emails so I am planning a visit to stockport head office as I have 7 years of junk mail collected in a big sack I am sure you will enjoy a little of your own medicine LEAVE ME ALONE and NO MORE MAIL or I will post my junk to you.”

Good morning, Thank you for review, I have checked the report you have paid for and it is on the following make and model Audi A3 Sport Tdi Now if you look at the report guild this will show a different vehicle and this is down to us showing the customer what a report will look like and the current sample report for the level of check you have checked is a Audi A6 S Line Tdi Cvt, As I can see you have checked the correct vehicle we ask you to redo the review as we fill that the review does not reflect the check you have paid for, If you need more help please call me on 03303310030, Kind regards Richard Customer care

“This company gave me the wrong information causing me to get off a train then phoned me to tell me The info they gave me was inaccurate by which time I had got of the train losing nearly 90 pounds in wasted train fares I complained and was told it wasn't mycarchecks fault but somebody else who made a mistake, but I didn't use anybody else I wouldn't use this service again.”

“I was given the wrong information by mycarcheck.com which resulted in me getting of a train which I couldn't get reemburst for as it was a saver ticket so I ended up nearly 85 pounds worse off then they denied it was their fault blaming a third party company, I also lost out on a good car I made a claim but they said it wasn't their fault so I lost out wouldn't use them again if it was free feel really cheated but they don't give a toss.”

“paid £9.95 for gold check, that stated they coverd outstanding finance and dept. check came back clear to then have my car taken from me months later due to outstanding finance on the car by previous owner. now going through courts, police and trading standards would never use this site again”

“Everything was fine apart from the fact that there was no HPI check done, despite the fact that on the landing page (mycarcheck.com/moneysupermarket) it says it checks outstanding finance. This is what I was most interested in.”
