“wrong / outdated finance information, staff rude and refused to pass me over to any management and cut me off every call, I had to pay £9.95 for staff to laugh at my situation of a grieving widow of 2 days being given info her car is on finance and not knowing where to find the money to pay for it. It took myself (not mycarcheck.com) to figure out there was a mistake David was the ONLY member of staff that was patient and helped resolve my grievance”

“USELESS!!!! SAID IF MOT'D AFTER 2011 I WOULD GET MILEAGE RESULTS, IT HAS BUT NO RESULTS, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, FREE CHECK WAS AS GOOD IF NOT BETTER!!!!”

“I have just paid £9.95 for a Gold vehicle check and find that there is very little information on the check report. There is no MOT History at all and bizarrely the only entry in the Recorded Mileages is a figure of 435,000 at 29/3/2014 but not validated and no indication of where this comes from. The vehicle at the moment shows a mileage of 72904. I have gained more information from a free check with Cardatachecks.com that lists full MOT with mileage history from 2013 onwards. I have tried to contact Mycarcheck to allow them to give some sort of response to the lack of information provided but after 12 days have had no response at all, hence the review now going on here. For a free simple check try cardatachecks.com first before possibly wasting your money on this checking service.”

“Had wrong/ old information on the car I was asking about. Consequently had to do another check with another company so cost me twice as much.I wasted my money with you a refund would be appreciated”

“This vehicle has sustained mayor damage in an accident, but was not reported on the survey you provided. Sliding doors on NS do not fit properly and vehicle has badly welded parts to hold the door in situ. Roof has dents which are indicative of a mayor accident. Seals are also vent and part of the chassis underneath is also not straight. I dont know how the van passed an MOT? Needs to be reported to DVLA.”

“It was all over the place - started reading out one car, stopped halfway and went on to some other random car. When I did get it to read out my car it said it may have been scrapped and it said it had no MOT, although it did know the last MOT date which was well under a year ago. Sorry, but this is work in progress and frankly - I'd sooner the computer version where I can read it and print it. Either way, at the moment you couldn't rely on any of it.”
