“Love Metabolic Meals! Some people complain about the price of these meals but I have peace of mind knowing I'm ordering grass fed meals without seed oils that are caloric friendly and taste like a home cooked meal, so I say it's worth it!! I'm serious, no chemical, fake or weird textured foods which I've experienced with other meal companies.
These meals became my staple lunches and go to's when I'm too tired to cook. They store easily in the freezer and reheat great as well which is a bonus! I have come to enjoy about 90% of the recipes which is pretty good for a meal company (also

The packaging is somewhat difficult to open so I just cut the package open transfer food to a plate and heat up. I don't heat plastic so packaging doesn't matter to me but might to others.
Some people also complain about the shipping cost but I have found on weeks where I love most of the meals I just order enough to get free shipping and freeze the extras, sometimes I'll pay the shipping just because it saves me the work I'd have to do at home to prepare an entire weeks food, and sometimes I skip the week if I'm not feeling the choices. So far it's the only company I've been willing to pay shipping for, enjoy most of the meals, and has good ingredients! Never any ingredients I can't pronounce! As long as they stay true to that I will be a loyal customer. One of the best companies I've tried! Highly recommend!”

One star removed because I pay the same shipping costs as anyone and the company is about 3 miles from my house; wish I could just pick it up and save the shipping, packaging, ice packs, etc. Otherwise, I've been with them a long time and recommend them to friends and family.”

“I use Metabolic Meals for my dinner at work. I buy 15 at a time to avoid shipping fees, so I freeze them until I need them, and order every 2 weeks. I use these instead of Stouffer's and Lean Cuisine because they are fresher, have less sodium, and generally more protein than the store bought brands. I like these choices better than Factor, which I tried for a while too. Generally Metabolic Meals are a bit pricey. My mother-in-law has started using the meals I order. She is avoiding gluten. And these choices are more nutrious than what she would make for herself.”
“The meals are pretty great - super macro friendly with great protein & healthy ingredients, including grass fed / pasture raised meat. It's hard to find this combo in any other meal service. My only complaint is that there is not a lot of variety, so I'm started to get tired of the same meals and the delivery company still doesn't follow instructions for putting the delivery inside the gate so I have to be home every time.”

“I've been orderinging meals with Metabloic Meals for over a year now. Clearly, I enjoy them. In addition to gluten intolerance and being somewhat of a picky eater, I also have a few severe food allergies. With Metabolic Meals, I can order and enjoy my meals with confidence as they're gluten free and they list every single ingredient on their label, which I can clearly see before ordering. If there's an ingredient I can't have, or dont like, I move on to other selections. Most weeks there's plenty of options for me. Every once in a while I am slightly limited by the combination of meals provided that week, but then I just order extras of the ones I do like. Ordering is very easy and the meals show up at my door, on time, every week. When I first ordered, I had meals in a couple shipments where the cellophane had been damaged (likely from the big ice packs), but haven't had any issues like that since then. I can also say the customer service at this company is amazing! 10 stars amazing! If you have any questions about how the plan works, or the ordering process, give them a call. I did not call first and messed up a couple things at the beginning (totally my fault) but customer service got right back to me (they actually call you back and you speak to a real human!) and went above and beyond to help me get everything straightened out so i wouldn't need to miss meals or receive meals i didn't want. I definitely recommend this company.”

“I love food and quality but my only concern from being a consistent buyer is that the deliveries occur on Thursday.
I only work Monday thru Friday and the Meals are for my Work days.
I'd like to buy enough for free shipping but the Thursday delivery date forces me to wait 4 days before I have the first meal.
If the delivery date was Saturday it would be ideal or at he least Friday.”
“Great quality and nutrition. Metabolic Meals fill my need for quick nutrition on commute nights. Very happy. My only concern is the shipping cost. I mitigate it by ordering more less frequently and freezing though!”
“I'd give a 5 star if it was strictly about the flavor and ease of ordering and healthy food, but I do not agree with the "30+ New Meals" every week. Not a big variety so I order multiple of my favorites. There should also be a way to save your favorites to keep track of what you thought was great and reorder it.”
