“I use Metabolic Meals for my dinner at work. I buy 15 at a time to avoid shipping fees, so I freeze them until I need them, and order every 2 weeks. I use these instead of Stouffer's and Lean Cuisine because they are fresher, have less sodium, and generally more protein than the store bought brands. I like these choices better than Factor, which I tried for a while too. Generally Metabolic Meals are a bit pricey. My mother-in-law has started using the meals I order. She is avoiding gluten. And these choices are more nutrious than what she would make for herself.”

“The menu is varied with three sets of menus rotating on a three week schedule. The meals are very health conscious. However, I do have some concerns. The chicken meals are very tasty. Most of the meals taste bland and could use more seasoning. Also, I am "old fashioned" and would prefer to have my vegetables cooked a little longer. I think the price charged is about right.”

Our talented chefs are experts at making healthy taste amazing, but if you’d like to put your own spin on any given meal with some extra seasoning, or add a little more time to the micro to get your veggies just the way you like them, we encourage you to do that! “The meals are pretty great - super macro friendly with great protein & healthy ingredients, including grass fed / pasture raised meat. It's hard to find this combo in any other meal service. My only complaint is that there is not a lot of variety, so I'm started to get tired of the same meals and the delivery company still doesn't follow instructions for putting the delivery inside the gate so I have to be home every time.”
