However, one downside is the minimum order requirement of 15 meals to qualify for free shipping, which otherwise costs $19.95. Additionally, I do wish the chefs would expand their menu, as I often see the same meals repeated every few weeks. More variety and choices would be great.

Some people complain about the price of these meals but I have peace of mind knowing I'm ordering grass fed meals without seed oils that are caloric friendly and taste like a home cooked meal, so I say it's worth it!! The packaging is somewhat difficult to open so I just cut the package open transfer food to a plate and heat up. I don't heat plastic so packaging doesn't matter to me but might to others.
Some people also complain about the shipping cost but I have found on weeks where I love most of the meals I just order enough to get free shipping and freeze the extras, sometimes I'll pay the shipping just because it saves me the work I'd have to do at home to prepare an entire weeks food, and sometimes I skip the week if I'm not feeling the choices. So far it's the only company I've been willing to pay shipping for, enjoy most of the meals, and has good ingredients! Never any ingredients I can't pronounce! As long as they stay true to that I will be a loyal customer. One of the best companies I've tried! Highly recommend!”
