“At first I had an issue with them over the fact they changed my quote from what I had been provided with online but after contacting the complaints department they were quick to rectify the situation and charge me the same amount as I had been quoted online. We do appreciate that the quote validation process we follow can sometimes be lengthy but we want to ensure that we offer all our customers the best product with the best insurer at the best price. Premiums can sometimes change between the quote and purchase stage, but this usually only happens when risk or personal details are found to be different during validation and our Agents are trained to fully explain any differences to customers before they purchase.
