Could have been better quite a bit to high. And takes forever to get threw to someone also insured my golf and went to drive it away and realise the had the wrong reg so wasn't very happy

Considering I went through compare the market and got a reasonable quote for this broker and had a reference number to claim my free gift i was on the phone for 2hrs and 44mins to sort my policy and was on hold for most of the time because they had technical issues and couldn't retrieve my quote from website i used!!!

the process of downloading the documents is not very helpful, even though i have downloaded the documents. I kept on receiving emails that I haven't so IM confuse now.

Not a thing has been straight foward and on lookin at my emails put the wrong door number of my apartment

The quote given on the Internet on several comparison sites is not the actual quote. When you are asked to telephone to confirm the quote was considerably higher.

We ask our customers to telephone us to allow us to validate their information to ensure we offer all our customers the best product with the best insurer and price. The premium can sometimes change between the quote and purchase stage, but this usually only happens when risk or personal details are found to be different during the validation process and our agents are trained to fully explain any differences to the customer before they purchase.

I was really pushed for time and needed insurance fast as I was going to pick up a new car which I had a day to find one as my other had serious problems so I got a quote around the £56 a month mark , rung them up to get the policy started after been on the phone for 1- 1/2 hours and been put on hold every 10 minutes my time was running out as it was about 4:30 and I had to pick the car up by 5. After a long wait on hold the person I spoke to came back and said '' I have some really good news for you, someone will Insure you''. (There is know reason why I wouldn't be able t get insurance I have never claimed and have a clean license and have been driving 8 years) and then told me the first payment would be £225 not the £126 I was originally told. And then a further £98 a month not the £56 I was quoted. I was out of time and had no option but to take the policy fortunately I could afford it but what a joke. not overly impressed.

Its too early to comment on the insurance but it was quite an arduous task setting the policy up online which involved me listening to music for large parts of an hour and a quarter in between dialogue. I'm not blaming the young man who I spoke to for that. I would also say that the amount of information he recited to me at a rapid rate of knots went straight over my head as I could barely follow what he was saying, let alone understand it. The process of uploading the necessary documents online seemed very efficient but, having done that, I received another similar opload email asking me to do the same again as my submissions were unacceptable (I only did what he asked). I sent a copy of my licence from the gov. website they gave me a link to (as requested) and, apparently that is not acceptable either. I have since sent other documents and separate emails and the only response I get is another email for their portal telling me I need to upload the documents I have already uploaded. I have also had no response to my other emails, apart from an automated confirmation that they have been received. I've tried ringing but, when eventually I ping my way through to the appropriate person, I am, once more, directed to the music channel with statements every few seconds that they won't keep keep me waiting much longer and how important I and call are to them. I am particularly disappointed as I chose this company off a comparison site, not because they were the cheapest but because they were so highly rated for their service. As of this moment, 9 days after taking out the policy, I still await confirmation that all is in order. Having virtually eliminated stress from my life, I can do without this.

I paid a large deposit sent credit agreement back by email and post sent my licence by sms and i am still not on the mid after one week this is not good at all i ve received yetanother ruest for the credit agreement to be signed imfed uo already

Your vehicle details should be recorded with the MID irrespective of any documents we may be waiting for. I did not know that after quote I have to pay extra £ 50 fee aswell. And once they recive money after I recived an email upload your documents other wise your policy would be cancel after 28 days. But next day they keep send me threatning emails that this is your final notice upload your documents in one week otherwise your policy would be cancelled.

Hello Raja, it's Jonathan here from My Motor Quote. Your feedback is really useful. All fees and charges should have been correctly stated at the point of quote. There is a credit arrangement fee that's only payable by customers who pay by instalments. That won't be included in the annual premium but will be in any monthly instalment amount quoted. I will get one of our quality control agents to double check all of the calculations and we'll get back to you shortly. If there's been any error then we will refund any over-payment immediately.
