Complete cover group which is supposed to be a part of My Motor Quote has terrible customer service. I wanted to go through a quote 4 times they told they will ring me back and they never did.!!!!!!!

I don't know who you are. I renewed my motor insurance through my broker and the did not mention you.

A huge difference between the quote through confused. com and the greedy guy from my motor quote. My details were correct, but the second I gave an acceptable error, the greedy guy wanted to charge me an extra £500. He was very rude and I felt he was extremely happy he got me wrong without letting me afterwards to clarify just for the speed to add that huge pointless extra charge. Abysmal service.

Hello Claudiu. Thank you for your feed back it is important to us. We do have a validation process that our agents are required to complete with our customers. This is to ensure our customers receive the best policy at the best price. The premium can sometimes change between the quote and purchase stage, but this usually only happens when risk or personal details are found to be different and our agents are trained to fully explain any differences to the customer before they purchase. I apologise if you feel the agent was rude and have referred your comments to our complaints manager who will investigate your concerns and contact you with their findings. Just a rip off quote for a small car twice what I paid for a v8 4x4 valued at 3 times the price of my small car

Had a quote from gocompare for just over £1500 went for that quote to find out the true cost is £2000 I feel as though I have been ripped off they shouldn't use the word quote when it is an estimate filled in all the details online exactly then spent an hour repeating on the phone everything I had filled in online

The reason we ask our customers to telephone us is to allow us to validate their information to ensure we offer all our customers the best product with the best insurer and price. worst ones to go for. Especially if you get a quote from moneysupermarket. The quote had excess for 450 and the monthly payments and deposit. when i spoke to these guys it is A and A group. they have changed the excess to 1150 and i was still in a view that it was 450. unfortunately i have gone through an incident and thats when i cam to know about the excess. Claim process / customer service are actually a proper nightmares for anyone who buys a policy from these guys. for few pounds dont even think of looking at the quote. Those few pounds ends up consuming thousands,

Gives cheap quote on price comparison website like "go confused" then says that's a cheap quote, not available. And ask silly questions like what car you used to drive in the past? Apart from that I don't know anything else about this company, but give true price on price comparison and stick to that price and not change it and why is it relevant what time of car someone used to price in the past when you are trying to insure your current car?

Not answer back my emails, I ask for my certificate and didn't receive, if I call, I have to pay for calling. First take my money and then forget about me. Very sad, cancelling my cover without take the car on streets and receive my certificate

what an absolute disgrace. spent an hour on the phone to be passed to another department that didn't even know why I'd been passed through. was told I would receive a call back in ten minutes. never happened. being charged for a service that you clearly don't get.

Unbelievably incompetent. I have phoned them 5 times and they told me that they had sent me my confirmation e-mail. I went through the spelling of my e-mail address several times word for word. I was told on more than one occasion that everything had been sorted, but this was not the case. I am currently trying to gain access to their web portal to send my documents, no surprise this doesn't work at all and no one is responding to my e-mails. Avoid at all costs

Quoted a good deal. Came around too getting insured after getting a quote and the price nearly doubled...... Absolute joke !! Will NEVER EVER use you again. Will never recommend you to anyone either.
