“I have never experienced such thorough and knowledgeable support. I started with Window 95 and progressed through all the later versions EXCEPT Vista. Now using 8.1 Have been Microsoft client 30 years. Your technician's name was "Surender" (first name.) O cannot praise him enough. Thank you for your assistance. Conrad Hirschman”
