“As always you solve the issue. asked how this issue happens and was walked through fixing it myself. That's wonderful, because when it happen, this is frustrating. Now I know it is am easy fix. Thanks for sharing the information.”

“Nitin Choudhary was my technician this evening. I had 5 issues I needed him to resolve. He worked quickly and we were able to accomplish resolving the 5 issues in about 45 min. He also explained what he was doing as we went along which I appreciated. I could also understand his English most of the time, better than in past calls. I am noticing vast improvements in My Phone Support's service and the technicians themselves. I feel like I can recommend your services to others now.”
