“Aditi Parvan and Lalit were both very helpful in solving my basic problem of the Wifi connection as well as teaching me about keeping my computer serviced. Although it took a while to get to the bottom of the problem, they were patient until the problem was resolved. Thanks! Charlotte”

“Shikha Dubey was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to me. She did a thorough job cleaning my PC. I had quite a few files, which took a lot of time to delete, but Shika patiently took care of my PC problems like a true professional. She also gave me helpful suggestions for protecting my PC. Kuddos to Shika for job well done!”

“I had a bad virus and called My Phone Support immediately. The technician Mohit Bahuguna took a lot of time to fix the problem, and increase the security going forward. He provided good advice for what to do in the future. Very professional!”
