“It has given me a ease of mind having this program to check on problems that arise. The time before this a phone call was directed at me that my identity was hacked. What a shock to me. Had this program and a (tech) check and everything was fine. THANKS.... Ron”

“I could not open Outlook, but the technician took control and cleaned the files, etc. as well as removed a virus. Total time spent was about 2 hours but I am more than satisified.”

“Had a problem with Internet explorer on my computer; it stopped working and constantly showed an error box. Technician systematically went through the problem and restored an earlier version of Internet explorer - all within a very reasonable time and with complete communication of what would be done. Excellent job - highly satsifed.”
