“Picture frames are described as wood which they are but they are a laminated cheap softwood. I ordered a poster print which arrived in a cardboard box which had no caution markings and had been crushed leaving the poster with multiple creases. You should use cardboard tubes for poster prints.”

“I’ve used My Picture a number of times now. Magnets, wood block, clear blocks and Canvas Prints. The process is easy, the price is great and the products have always been perfect. Normally people say you get what you pay for but I’d say here you get great quality products at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend”

“I ordered a canvas of a photo I took. It was easy to order. The canvas took about a week to arrive but it was worth the wait. It was reasonably priced, well made and the details are clear. It looks fantastic. I am very pleased with my purchase. I have since ordered another canvas.”

“Stay Away from These Amateurs!! Absolutely ridiculous service. Their terms of service state production within 1-3 working days with delivery 3-5 working days - I have been waiting more than 2 weeks & my print has not even been processed!! They send generic rubbish emails in response quoting German by-laws!! They have broken their contract yet will not refund me!!”

“pictures and was extremely pleased with the result , I then ordered 2 cushions and a mug using the same image , the result was extremely poor not what I would have expected , as you can see you have cropped the image have cut the title from the top of of the cushion ( see image ) and the mug is even worse as you’ve cut the title and head of the image off ..”

“I would recommend my-picture 100% for quality and up until Brexit for delivery as well, now the Germans are holding everything up for usually about 4 to 5 days. As for damages, UPS damaged one of my canvasses a few months ago, but my-picture turned another one round in record time so top marks for that.”

“Fault with my picture and contacted customer services. E-mail received on 04-March stating: 'Please note: All requests are answered in sequence, starting with the oldest. Multiple requests regarding the same topic are not necessary. Usually, you should receive an answer latest after 1-2 working days.' It is now 19-March and still I have had no response. Not impressed to say the least. Not worth the discount advertised.”

“I made a mistake (my own fault) when ordering and was pleasantly surprised when my picture arrived. Was after something small to hang up but my picture arrived in a large size and I’m actually glad I ordered the wrong size. Amazing quality for the price!”

“one of the frame is broken on the edge, and the back cardboard was not secured the the whole frame, maybe this is the reason why one of the corner is broken. Both frames do not have hook or string, how am i suppose to hang these frames up? I do not think we will order again”
