“ The custom service constantly says: “we will send you an email”. ”

“ I then contacted customer service again and was told someone would chase this up and get back to me, I was informed that evening that there had been a manufacturing fault with my order and they was having to be remade (this is now 8 days since I ordered) and they apparently print and have them ready for dispatch within 24 hours, so even if there was an error which I understand can happen it should have only took 48 hours. ”

“ I wouldn’t use this company very poor quality and service. I had 4 pictures printed on wood absolutely awful quality. Refuse to refund only offered replacement. Lesson learnt l will never use this company again WILL NOT REFUND ”
