“Have used MyBuilder a couple of times now and have been pleased with the results of their service. It is easy to use and you have access to the tradespeople you need. “The website is simple and effective to use. Specify exact plan details and final finished expectations. Break down work in to manageable days with number of hours clearly expected and understood at preferably a fixed price to fully complete the works in hand. Make sure works provider tackles all the difficult parts of the works first before they run out of time. Be weary of being falsely led by such as building jargon due to incompetence and don’t compromise on standards and quality expected as it can be costly to address later. Evidence of the correct tools for the job and the skills to go with it is essential to avoid botch ups. Agree payment and a set expected timeframe in advance.”
