Shocking service. Avoid. Took 3 days to acknowledge order. It comes from Germany but doesn’t tell you that. A week on parcel still in Germany. Spent alot of money and now regretting it and wishing I hadn’t bothered. AVOID

Yes, l am still waiting for my order and to add to it; they use Hermes/ Evri. I hadn’t realised that they are based in Germany. Misleading to say the least.

Ordered fabric 20 days ago. Still hasn’t shipped, they keep telling me the same bs over and over again, refusing to tell me when I can expect this fabric. Professional on a deadline, do not trust them, they are unreliable and unprofessional Updated: so it’s been almost 30 days and still nothing. They have no phone number to contact. They keep selling more and more fabric on their website (with no warning of delay) when they don’t even know when (and if) they can fulfill order from a month ago. Their solution? Giving me a voucher, as if i would ever give them more money after not receiving my first order… I cannot believe I paid so much for an order I won’t receive on time… what a way to screw professionals. I am fuming DO NOT TRUST !!!!!

I can’t even add my address to Get samples or deliveries. It’s ridiculous. I’ve messaged them, which they have read, but had no reply.

I have been trying to oder fabric online for the last hour. My purchase has been declined, no explanation. I called my card company, it was not them but the company. If it says UK, why can I not contact them here? This is misleading if they are in Germany! I will order elsewhere.

The colour was not like in the photos or description. There is no feature on this site to provide photos but I have them ready. On the sales page the written description is as 'light grey'. The photographs, too, show a light grey colour, whatever settings I have on my laptop screen or my phone screen. This is a very important sales feature for the nature of the fabric industry. However, I was very disappointed that the fabric was a *medium purple grey* colour and not at all like the light grey in their sales particulars. I would not describe it as a grey at all. Difficult for me to return or sort out due to ill health; to preserve my health (my current healthcare plan is that I'm supposed to lower my level of any jobs/cognitive, emotional or physical activity each day where it is near non existent anyway because I am housebound the majority of the time and sofa bound even more so, and I can provide my letter from the healthcare practitioner to this effect). I told them about both my issue with the colour and my health, and they refused to help or give a partial refund or collect the fabric. Avoid.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. This is a German company not UK so delivery takes 3 weeks. Ordered 4 buttons, only 3 were correct size. Heard nothing from Customer Services. Don't want to send goods back as I suspect I wont get my money back. A dishonest company having a '.co.uk. email address. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

MArch 2021 I wanted to buy fabric from this company nay tois over they wanted to charge £7.50 for delivery for 2 metres of fabric! I doubled checked to see if I had done something incorrectly on my order to discover that this is a German company. Sadly will not be doing business with MyFabrics and will be sharing this with all sewing circles.

Do not use this company, their customer service is appalling. Resorting to making a claim via PayPal as the Trusted Shop guarantee for purchases seems ineffective. Basically the company told Paypal they refunded to me outside of PayPal, which would be impossible as the only details they had were of my PayPal transaction, however they told Trusted Shops they refunded to me via PayPal. Of course I haven't received goods or a refund, for an order placed on 06.01.21!! Avoid this seller at all costs and look elsewhere.

Still waiting for item ordered back in January and still waiting this isnt really acceptable if I do not get some contact or refund in one week I am going to take matter further to FCA. DO NOT USE THIS SITE CONMEN AS IT SEEMS

Ordered and paid on 17th December 2020 but order not received. Like other reviewers just got a rude and unhelpful automated reply asking not to stuff up their inbox. No refund either. Will never order from them again.

Terrible customer service. Monies taken but now cannot deliver due to Brexit. Would people not to use this site. A great shame but I want to protect future customers from my experience.

Absolutely appalling... like other reviews here, this company is misleading and NOT UK based. And like others I’ve been waiting weeks now for my fully paid items and it has not even been dispatched. No answers to email apart from very rude auto reply telling people not to ‘stuff up’ their mailbox with enquiries. No mechanism to get money back either. AVOID

I placed an order in December, more than a month ago, and I am still waiting for it. The parcel company is saying that the parcel data was entered into the GLS IT system; the parcel was not yet handed over to GLS. I wrote a couple of emails to myfabrics support email address with no response.

Ordered fabric at the beginning of January from what I thought was a UK company, have discovered it’s German! My fabric is to be shipped from Germany using GLS but on checking their website the parcel no has been listed but they (GLS) have not received. Have emailed MyFabric UK but only get automated response. Appalling customer service - if the fabric ever arrives it will be sent straight back. Have reordered from another company - delivered in 5 days. .

Would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered items on the 17th December 2020and I’m still waiting for them to be delivered. Won’t reply to emails or messages left on their social media pages.. very disappointing.

I have had a terrible experience with my fabrics.co.uk Firstly the material I ordered was substandard and faulty and now months and doze of emails later I have still had no response except to say they have received my emails but nothing else. It is impossible to contact them any other way and I am very annoyed and disappointed. I now have over £100 worth of useless material and no idea what else I can do to contact them. The worst customer service I have ever known and please don’t blame Covid, this is simply very bad service and not good enough

THE COMPANY IS IN GERMANY NOT THE UK AS THE WEB ADDRESS WOULD SUGGEST My material arrived promptly however it was not fit for purpose and could not be used to reupholster my chair as planned despite it being sold as upholstery fabric. I have tried repeatedly to contact them to return the fabric, even conceding that I would have to pay the postage, but they simply ignore all emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

My goodness! They ignore my e.mails and never answer the phone. My order is way overdue. I intend to get advice on what I need to do next as there's no way they are keeping my money. I'm giving them til Friday to respond.

Ordered 4 lots of material. All received but one was a metre short. Asked for a refund of £12 but after sending two e-mails haven't even received an acknowledgement.
