I initially had a positive experience with MyPostcard.com when I ordered 14 postcards between July 2023 and April 2024. The cards were delivered promptly, and I was satisfied with the service. However, my recent experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Since June 21, 2024, I have ordered 31 postcards, and not a single one has been delivered. That’s right—31 postcards, and not one has reached its destination. This isn’t just an issue with one or two cards going missing; this is a systematic failure. I have reached out to customer service multiple times, politely asking for a refund. Every single email has been met with silence. They are either ignoring me outright or have decided that customer service is no longer a priority. I’ve paid a considerable amount of money for these cards, and it feels like they’ve taken my money and run. To make matters worse, it seems like MyPostcard.com has chosen the cheapest possible delivery method, which is clearly unreliable. When you pay for a service, you expect it to be completed—especially when we’re talking about 31 postcards! If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Their service has gone from decent to absolutely terrible, and their customer service is nonexistent. Save yourself the frustration and money—do not use MyPostcard.com.

Never delivered my postcard, and when I opened a support ticket in request for a invoice, they completely ignored it, no replies, nothing.

Already 17 days and my friend hasnt received it.I email them and they said they are willing to send another copy, its not about replacing i,i have my pic on that postcard ,and dunno where it might be.Im still hoping my friend will recrived it.i should have trusted the bad reviews before msking the order😔 Not recommended.

Their site has stopped working for me and customer service is unwilling to fix the problem or refund my credit. Two weeks of back and forth emails to customer service with nothing but meaningless apologies and refusals to refund. Check out their reviews on the app site, most people are having trouble with them. I think that their reviews are enormously inflated on here.

I made three orders back to back because I was really impressed by the app idea, features, and reviews. However, I should have waited and tracked the first order prior to making more orders. My first order was to be shipped to Canada for a friend's birthday and I was given a time frame of 3-6 business days in the confirmation email. I also paid an amount of $3.99 for shipping so I assumed that shipping and delivery won't be a problem since extra shipping charges will ensure timely delivery and it usually takes around that time to ship to Toronto, Canada anyway. By the end of sixth business day, the card had not arrived. I emailed customer support and they were undoubtedly quick to revert but they told me that Canadian shipping takes 10-14 days. By then, the occasion would have passed. I think the delivery times in their email and website are pretty deceiving. Not impressed with how shipping from NYC to Toronto can take that long and even if it is to, why charge extra shipping when the service is not being provided for that money. It costed me CA $15.90 for this order which I was happy to pay for perks like customization and timely action on designing the card, but they should have a better framework for delivery and customer knowledge of the delivery time. All in all, I thought it was a little expensive compared to similar sites/apps which can deliver similar products in less price and time. Customer support just asked to look at the FAQs and did not pay attention to my situation.

Received a threatening mypostcard with a clearly hostile and life-disruptive message. How could mypostcard allow this to be sent? do a person not verify the messages? someone must should review inappropriate postcard messages.

Awful service. My card was not delivered. They refund me, but my daughter didn't received postcard in time. Not recommend this service

Two UK cards ordered, neither have arrived. One was 4 weeks ago, one 2 weeks ago.

Pros: -easy to create. -quick delivery. -printed on quality card. -quick customer service response. -worldwide delivery. Con: -very disappointed with how dark they have been printed. The friends in my photos are unrecognizable due to dark shadows across their features. My original photo looks nothng like this.

Terrible sales process! If you want to use their API they have a minimum amount before granting access, problem is nowhere is this specified and their sales team will happily waste your time, sending documentation and asking questions, before specifying the minimum amount up front!

Fun app to use but photo quality not that great. Ordered prints, paper seems to be cheap as the edges have all curled up. Customer service and price are good.

It's like the answer to my prayers..now i don't have to go out to the store and post office just to write to my son and also send pictures and a card at the same time to him or whoever I choose to! This is the best thing ever for me!

App is super easy to use and I was surprised to see all of the options available for editing. We have been using this to send postcards to my husband’s and my mother, who both have dementia. They don’t remember a phone call but the postcard gives them something they can look at and is a reminder that we love them.
