Never delivered my postcard, and when I opened a support ticket in request for a invoice, they completely ignored it, no replies, nothing.

Already 17 days and my friend hasnt received it.I email them and they said they are willing to send another copy, its not about replacing i,i have my pic on that postcard ,and dunno where it might be.Im still hoping my friend will recrived it.i should have trusted the bad reviews before msking the order😔 Not recommended.

Their site has stopped working for me and customer service is unwilling to fix the problem or refund my credit. Two weeks of back and forth emails to customer service with nothing but meaningless apologies and refusals to refund. Check out their reviews on the app site, most people are having trouble with them. I think that their reviews are enormously inflated on here.

I made three orders back to back because I was really impressed by the app idea, features, and reviews. However, I should have waited and tracked the first order prior to making more orders. My first order was to be shipped to Canada for a friend's birthday and I was given a time frame of 3-6 business days in the confirmation email. I also paid an amount of $3.99 for shipping so I assumed that shipping and delivery won't be a problem since extra shipping charges will ensure timely delivery and it usually takes around that time to ship to Toronto, Canada anyway. By the end of sixth business day, the card had not arrived. I emailed customer support and they were undoubtedly quick to revert but they told me that Canadian shipping takes 10-14 days. By then, the occasion would have passed. I think the delivery times in their email and website are pretty deceiving. Not impressed with how shipping from NYC to Toronto can take that long and even if it is to, why charge extra shipping when the service is not being provided for that money. It costed me CA $15.90 for this order which I was happy to pay for perks like customization and timely action on designing the card, but they should have a better framework for delivery and customer knowledge of the delivery time. All in all, I thought it was a little expensive compared to similar sites/apps which can deliver similar products in less price and time. Customer support just asked to look at the FAQs and did not pay attention to my situation.

Received a threatening mypostcard with a clearly hostile and life-disruptive message. How could mypostcard allow this to be sent? do a person not verify the messages? someone must should review inappropriate postcard messages.

Awful service. My card was not delivered. They refund me, but my daughter didn't received postcard in time. Not recommend this service

Two UK cards ordered, neither have arrived. One was 4 weeks ago, one 2 weeks ago.

Terrible sales process! If you want to use their API they have a minimum amount before granting access, problem is nowhere is this specified and their sales team will happily waste your time, sending documentation and asking questions, before specifying the minimum amount up front!

I sent 3 postcards while traveling. It has now been 12 days and not one of the postcards have been received. They all went to different addresses and not one received. The charges of course have all showed up on my credit card.

Tried the “free” card, it wasn’t received. Signed up for $15 + $5 free. Sent a card. It wasn’t received. Got my $15 back b/c what’s the point?

Horrible! Twice I've "sent" postcards that never got delivered! They'll try and blame the USPS, but I find it really hard to believe that 8 postcards, all "sent" on the same day and addressed to 8 different parts of the US, would all go missing. I have my doubts that they actually made the postcards to begin with, assuming nobody would bother to check whether or not they were delivered. They offer no way to track whether or not they've actually produced anything at all, let alone sent it on its way. Avoid this service!

I got a promo code by email and just wanted to see how things work at mypostcard.com, so I created a test postcard and entered my promo code. Instead of showing me the amount due after applying the code, it just went ahead and mailed my *ugly* test postcard to my parents! My emails to customer service were ignored until it was far too late, so an embarrassing postcard is now in the mail with my name on it. Totally unacceptable... and the customer service agent made no effort to take responsibility, even after the delay. I recommend avoiding this site.

Since the middle of May I've been trying to get one order of a set of greeting cards. We must have 10 emails back and forth between us now where they always say they will get it right but to date (2 months later) I still haven't received them. I've spent almost $17 and still haven't received my order. Now it's as if they're just tired of hearing from me. I asked for a refund, not a credit, but they credited my account instead. Then I submitted the order all over again and they sent me a single greeting card, addressed to me with no envelope to mail it in. Don't use them! They are not about customer service. It's fun the first time you place an order then the recipient never gets what you order and them blame it on the postal service. This time, though, they've consistently gotten my order wrong, over and over and over again. I just wanted to use up the money I had on account so I could delete the app but they won't fill the order!

Horrible experience. I spent some time typing up a message to my mom. I then tried to checkout and it had me create an account. When I got done creating the account it had completely deleted my draft of my postcard. No record what so ever that I had even created one. I am so disappointed and sad that I would have to start over from scratch. I would not have put so much time into writing if I had known it was going to just disappear. I emailed support and after a week still did not receive a response. I totally don't recommend this service.

I ordered a Postcard to be sent to Iran 2 times. The first one was before New Year: Never received. I contacted their customer service they said they will re-ship my card. They re-shipped it on January 8th. However, the second one is still not there today is Feb 19th. The worst thing is there is no way you could track of your order! Not happy at all and won't order again!

Hello Tara, thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that your cards are taking so long. Please note that the cards sometimes can take a bit longer due to the fact that they go to remote regions. Further a tracking option would not work sufficiently either because it would be too expensive and in some remote regions of the world it does not work very well :-( Once again I am sorry for the delay. Same thing happened to me. Took almost month for my postcard to arrive. So it is not a very useful service for me at least.

I sent a postcard on December 4th and it's still not there. I also sent 19 on December 13th and NONE of them have arrived either. I'm beginning to feel like this is a scam just to get my money.
