When the postcards actually arrive, they are great. Confirmation email I received about the postcard I had sent had a different person's photo in the email. Credit card gets charged but credits don't show up. Always have to ask support to get the credit added. Their support is slow. Some postcards simply disappeared from the system due to a "database problem" I was told by support. Draft emails from mobile don't show up in the web app but drafts from the web app show up in the mobile app. It's very strange.

little annoying how drafts don't save as drafts unless you click through to the end stage, in which case you may as well finish the card anyway but great that un used credits are not removed after a set period.

Quite a bit of hassle to get payments set up and my login even working. But these things happen. The delivery on cards though was appalling - I got home from 10 days in South Africa before my 2nd postcard arrived. The whole benefit should be printing in delivery country and next day delivery otherwise there’s no point as these aren’t cheap either. A local postcard with international post would have been cheaper and quicker.

Takes too long to deliver. It would be five star if they could speed up the process but it takes way too long

My first order of photo prints was never received, but I was told that since the order was filled and sent out, I was unable to receive a refund or have new photos sent, because MyPostcard has done their part in the process so it was no longer their issue. When I gave you guys one more chance and bought a new order of photos, I had to add a certain amount to account that was more than what the order would cost, but I'm unable to cash out what's left in my account, and the photos I received were almost so grainy I didnt want to display them. I've extremely disappointed with the quality of the product, the customer service, and the fact that I have money on my account and no interest in doing further business with MyPostcard.
