Horrible experience. I spent some time typing up a message to my mom. I then tried to checkout and it had me create an account. When I got done creating the account it had completely deleted my draft of my postcard. No record what so ever that I had even created one. I am so disappointed and sad that I would have to start over from scratch. I would not have put so much time into writing if I had known it was going to just disappear. I emailed support and after a week still did not receive a response. I totally don't recommend this service.

Same thing happened to me. Took almost month for my postcard to arrive. So it is not a very useful service for me at least.

All 3 postcards arrived and every recipient loved them. My only feedback would be that you provide the customer tracking information so we don’t have to write the recipient and see if they received it.

Since the middle of May I've been trying to get one order of a set of greeting cards. We must have 10 emails back and forth between us now where they always say they will get it right but to date (2 months later) I still haven't received them. I've spent almost $17 and still haven't received my order. Now it's as if they're just tired of hearing from me. I asked for a refund, not a credit, but they credited my account instead. Then I submitted the order all over again and they sent me a single greeting card, addressed to me with no envelope to mail it in. Don't use them! They are not about customer service. It's fun the first time you place an order then the recipient never gets what you order and them blame it on the postal service. This time, though, they've consistently gotten my order wrong, over and over and over again. I just wanted to use up the money I had on account so I could delete the app but they won't fill the order!
