“I've been getting my plates from you for a little while now & although there have been flirtations with other suppliers (when I thought they offered a particular feature I didn't think you could accomodate) I've always come back. Still quicker & easier, though perhaps no longer cheaper, than going to, e.g. Halfords & I was paricularly impressed with how easy it was to contact you by 'phone & speak to someone able to assist me and the efficiency with which you dealt with my quite specific requirements this time (my first experience of departing form what was availbel on the website). Whole experience only slightly marred by fact that I confirmed the proof on 3 March but, as of Saturday, the plates hadn't arrived whereas I seem to recall I usually got them the next day (but, of course, I appreciate these were a special order).”
