“Please look at the photo and decide yourself if this is quality is acceptable. I contacted Myshowplates Ltd, and after the second email they told me they cant see anything wrong with putting this on my brand new car. Wasted my money!!!!! Dont waste yours”

“Be careful if you plan to use these as legal plates on the road, the ones I receives were incorrectly spaced as needed. The online builder portal incorrectly shows what you order and the production manager at the company doesn't care... suffice to say, I won't use again!”

“This is a revised review of myshowplates as my issues have now been resolved thank you. I would say to anyone ordering to check the order carefully for inadvertent changes and maybe screenshot the order. After a bit of arguing myshowplates have replaced the plates I ordered FOC so now I am satisfied. Must say though that there was never an issue with quality or delivery which was good.”

“After at least a ten previous purchases and having recommended them on multiple occasions they have refused to accept any responsibility for an error in their system. They also refuse to accept that their system is anything other than flawless which it clearly is not. All they have offered me is free postage for a second order. This is a very poor way to treat a previously loyal customer. Even sent them a screen shot of my order showing honeycomb background and photos of what i received which were standard plates, now not even answering emails. AVOID there are plenty of other company's offering plates at a fraction of the cost of these COWBOYS !”

“Really poor delivery time & not the fault of Royal Mail as you seem to infer on your email about me writing this review. My order simply wasn't processed properly at your end & after nearly two weeks of waiting (as per your guidance) I then chased you up to discover the truth. Once I raised this issue you did then solve it very quickly & Royal Mail delivered promptly. Perhaps you should look a bit closer to home sometimes rather than trying to palm off delivery problems on Royal Mail. The plates themselves are really good but the 2 week wait was a huge disappointment.”

“Excellent offering, but website is terrible. Really hard to use on a mobile device. When I finally made it to payment, there is no PayPal option and more fiddly navigation needed. That was the final straw for me. May try again one day when I have more patience...”

“I bought a set of private plates for my wife's new Mini Cooper - i asked the MIni garage to fit them for me and they drilled the plates from the wrong side and as a result damaged the lettering - i contacted " My Show Plates" and without hesitation they sent me a complete new set free of charge even though it was the garage that caused the damage - absolutely fantastic customer service”
