Price OK, arrived quickly and include BS detail, which is all good. But quality is poor as colour of blue GB badge differs between front & rear plates, and also differs slightly again from blue border; plus cut of plate edge is not straight on RHS of rear plate. Furthermore screws in fitting kit are shortish and could usefully be 5mm longer to give more than just minimal bite into Audi's standard rear plate fixing. SUMMARY: Plates are just about OK for road use, but definitely not to the required standard for a show car... which is unfortunate given the company's name!

I am disappointed with the number plates I received from you in January of this year, I ordered new private plates for two new cars (my wife and myself) the plates are black plastic backing with a printed, stuck on registration, the printed stuck on registration moves around and kinks spoiling the look of the plate, I've been using your plates for 6 years and I've ordered 8 rear plus 4 fronts in that time (several towing requirements) when I ordered the last set I thought I would receive a clear plastic front with a printed registration behind it as normal, I want to replace the black backed plates because of the kinks in the stuck on print front, what are my options?

Sent wrongly printed plates first time. Second plates were quickly sent out. The second plates are only 6 months old and are showing signs of warping and water damage.

Really poor delivery time & not the fault of Royal Mail as you seem to infer on your email about me writing this review. My order simply wasn't processed properly at your end & after nearly two weeks of waiting (as per your guidance) I then chased you up to discover the truth. Once I raised this issue you did then solve it very quickly & Royal Mail delivered promptly. Perhaps you should look a bit closer to home sometimes rather than trying to palm off delivery problems on Royal Mail. The plates themselves are really good but the 2 week wait was a huge disappointment.

Rear plate is starting to delaminate. Have used on previous occasions and they have been excellent.

Website isn't clear, so the spacing on my plates is wrong. Customer service not prepared to do anything. Also, my rear plate is already starting to bubble up on the text and it's only 6 months old.

Very poor quality plates colours of badges and numbers look washed out and the edges of them is not defined at all ie not crisp and clean finishing around the edges Fitted a set on my car to see how they looked on and they look even worse

Excellent offering, but website is terrible. Really hard to use on a mobile device. When I finally made it to payment, there is no PayPal option and more fiddly navigation needed. That was the final straw for me. May try again one day when I have more patience...

poor badge colour who knew the St George's cross had black in it!, contacted Myshowplates to request refund they asked for photo's which I sent, their reply was the black was to give a 3D effect they refused a refund as a bespoke product I thought all number plates where bespoke Buyer beware!

The way you order your plate isnt clear enough.. I ordered 2 plates I wasn't aware that I had to click the correct spacing for a road legal plate. When I went for a MOT it failed on the number plate spacing.. So I had to purchase 2 more plates from the Garage doing my MOT. When I called show plates to complain I was told it was my fault for not adding the space correctly... Not HAPPY...

Fast delivery, most of the time as ordered (I have used them several times each year). Most quibbles have been resolved quickly and amicably....most though.....it was quite comical the last one, changed order 1 hour after placing at 21.00 on a Saturday night, got e-mail on Monday morning saying order could not be changed. I pointed out that on website (and order summary) that it said if you let them know in a reasonable time they would try to change it. I pointed out that 1 hour on a late Saturday night was reasonable time as outside normal working hours, but was told no. Plate arrived at home while I was having this e-mail war, I contract away from home so did not collect it until 2 weeks later, and guess what - it had the alteration on it....so they were arguing for over a week saying that the order could not be changed and all along it had been....left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.....what put a downer on it was the attitude of the person e-mailing me.

After paying for my plates I received a confirmation email but then everything went silent for 2 weeks. When chased for a dispatch date it seems my order had been forgotten. Only then did they get made and sent without a few days.

Bought two sets of number plates and the wrong number plates arrived I know in my mind I changed the rear number plate of the second car to the new one, but I ended up with 2 rears for the first car , customer service was it fully automated you must have done it wrong ,fairly arrogant response I know I changed it to the second one car , so I won't be using again as far as quality who cares when you pissed off I won't be recommended to any of my customers, I am a mobile mechanic.

The numberplate delaminated and bubbled within 12 weeks. Looks amateurish. Unfortunately I didn't bother getting back in touch with the company until I was doing somw work on the car 13 months later, at which time they had absolutely no interest in rectifying the poor product

I have had a few sets of plates from you no problems but my last set a gift for my father the front had a different colour border to the rear,when i emailed you I was told that can happen on yellow plates,hasn't happened before?, I again contacted you but never received a reply. So I'm stuck with them I work in a ford dealership and can get plates at a fraction of the cost but I always liked your plates and always recommended them to people

Hi Jeff, Thanks for your email, Yes on the rear the blue would look almost Black as the yellow reflective would discolour it. I am please to announce though in July manufacturers release a new machine to enable colours on yellow, we invested heavily in a new machine printing white which now allows us to produce blue on yellow plates. As a good will I am happy to send you free of charge a rear plate which will now look blue. We dont want unhappy customers and as you say you have always used us, we pride in our customer care and want you to be happy and to continue to recommend us. If you would like our good will gesture please contact customer services on 01534734120 and advise your order number and that mike said he will send a replacement rear. Also advise the product in your hand ie, if the back of the plate is white or black and we can ensure you get the same material. All the best and I hope when resolved you can amend your review. Mike

front & rear number plates differ. Your computer system meeds to be able to pick up obvious discrepancies before going into print. I spotted the discrepancy within 10 mins of order but you could do nothing to correct same. Very disappointing.

Hi Ken, Thanks for your advice, although this would not work at all and changing this would upset a lot of customers, some want more spaces in the front plates than the rear, some want rear ones correctly spaced and vice verser. Also what if you order NO PARKING on a front and then VISITORS on a rear and it spaced it! All our systems are automated to get your plates dispatched asap, it was a little disappointing you failed to review the product packaging and delivery, we send all our plates recorded signed for to ensure the person ordering receive them. Apologies you were not happy and we hope you re use us and enter your reg in correctly Thanks MIKE

I received my plates and once I got my van I had them placed but within a few washes the chrome affect has started to peel off which I will have to replace with just the number plate as its not nice to look at.
