“When things go wrong it is not only the buyers fault as this company says all the time. Poor customer service. will never use again”

“even though i set the letters and numbers central to the plate they came to me off center ,i even measured the pc screen to make sure but you get what you pay for so i went elsewhere”

Thanks for the review Leon, Apologies we couldn't deliver what you expected, Looking at the order it was the spacing that was entered. Remember the online preview is just a visual all screens are different colours and sizes. Mike

“Paid £57 for metal number plates, I waited 10 days and received them. They were very poorly painted with bubbles over the metal surface, I complained and returned them at my cost and I received a replacement another 10 days later. The new ones were slightly better than the firs tones but still rough painting with some bubbling, not really good enough and I've lost out on postage costs too! I won't be using them again!”

Thanks Adrian, Looking into this we sent you about 15 emails and proofs to confirm, You accepted the last one you received and we sent the plates, Then when received you said you werent happy, This is why we send a proof to be accepted before we print it Thanks for th ereview, All the best Mike

“I ordered a set of plates for my road car, what this company didn't tell me was that my design was not street legal until after they had made them. To my mind this is shoddy dealing as not everyone is ofay with what is or isn't legal in this industry. The plates did arrive as advertised to my design but are not usable.”

Hi Colin, Thanks for the review. You designed the plates how you wanted them ordered them and paid, They where then dispatched to you. We have on our site the format for road legal plates, You then decided to email us asking if they where road legal. Ideally you should have done this before ordering not after. You wouldn't order a soup in a restaurant receive it then say whats in it? I am sorry that you did receive what you ordered and can assure you despite the fact they are for show and not road you where happy with the quality and delivery time, Apologies but we did deliver exactly what was ordered. Hi Edward, Thanks for the review. All orders are designed by the customer on screen, what you enter is what we print, we dont interfere with the making of the design online its set up to print automatically and cannot change your design. Unfortunately if a customer makes a spelling mistake it will print as they have entered, The same goes with online business card companies if you spell your name wrong that's what you have designed. Your online preview would have shown this on screen. All the best Mike

“I thought the whole site navigation was good, clear and easy to go round. The payment method and actual turn around from ordering on line to delivery was excellent. However, what I didn't like was the actual font used (ELSTON) in relation to my order (I believed I ordered Showplate 6 as demonstrated on screen) but when the actual plates arrived they looked nothing like what I ordered. Forwhatever reason, a different font was used (ELSTON). Please forward me a copy of my actual order as I do not believe the plate you sent was correct. We don't interfere with an order and how you design online is exactly as you receive it, in the package you would have had a copy of your order showing Elston font. “The plate arrived satisfactorily but the adhesive strips did not. After an exchange of emails, I was assured they would be sent separately. They still had not arrived a week later so I bought the necessary elsewhere. They only cost £1.99 so it was not a big deal but they did not complete the order.”

“automated website removed the vital British Standard information you require to maintain being legal - they would not fix the problem = the plates i received are no good!!! Poor customer service!”

Hi Sean Apologies you weren't completely happy, Yes you are right the site can pick up if you order a showplate and will remove the BS details ie: if you put 2 spaces between a reg when there should only be 1 it will remove it as the system knows you are ordering a showplate as 2 spaces are not legal. We have under FAQ all the relevant information on designing legal plates. Many thanks for taking the time to review and i hope this clears the situation.
