“automated website removed the vital British Standard information you require to maintain being legal - they would not fix the problem = the plates i received are no good!!! Poor customer service!”

Hi Sean Apologies you weren't completely happy, Yes you are right the site can pick up if you order a showplate and will remove the BS details ie: if you put 2 spaces between a reg when there should only be 1 it will remove it as the system knows you are ordering a showplate as 2 spaces are not legal. We have under FAQ all the relevant information on designing legal plates. Many thanks for taking the time to review and i hope this clears the situation. “Very quick servce. If you order make sure you add the British Standard and add ' myshowplates JE2 3SG ' in the logo line to make them fully GB legal.”

“The yellow backing on the plate came away once a drill bit ( brand new & sharp ) went throught the plastic. Disappointing. Only on the car until I collect the plates from Mini Ipswich, but they look poor.”

Hi Simon, I do apologies. Plates should be drilled from the back to ensure the backing isn't pushed away. I would have happily sent you a replacement but i see you are putting new plates from Mini Ipswich. Apologies and thanks for taking the time to give us feedback. All the best Mike :-)
