“I have dealt with 'Myshowplates' a number of times in the past and have always been very happy with the product and prompt delivery time. However, I was a little disappointed with my last order as I had mistakenly added an extra letter in the number plate which I didn't realise until the plates were delivered; I would have thought the person manufacturing/making the number plate would have realised and telephoned me to check that it was correct or not - just a simple phone call would have saved me £28. Despite this I shall continue to use Myshowplates in the future as the product is first class. Clive Dyson”

We Value your repeat custom and look forward to supplying you again in the future with the same first class product. having looked at your last order there is nothing to imply that you would have added an extra letter as you had the standard amount of digits. This was the case on both the front and rear number plate and as we do not know your reg there would have been no reason for quality control to spot the issue in question or any record of you having contacted us.
