“Never had to speak to a human because the web site is of such quality one can do whatever business relevant to 'Showplate' products, one can find whatever is required within minutes. Once one has finished 'writing', just get it all up on screen immediately. Don't like the print, colour, the font, size etc. ? Just delete whatever doesn't suit the task or one's original 'vision' of what was wanted and start all over again - as many times as one wants! Once one is happy, send it off with a click and wait for the postman the very next day! The longest I've waited is two days - and that was a postal delay, not the company's problem. No need to go anywhere else, always been content with what I wanted. Excellent service.”
