“You sent me a front colour plate when I ordered a rear. Customer support got me to take a picture of wrong plate and send it to you, before she would exchange, I take this to insinuate that you supect your customers are generally either generally deluded, corrupt or liars. You never even sent out the replacement plate even after recieving proof of your mistake. What else do you want me to say?”

“Whilst the delivery of my plates was quick the purchase was let down by the poor quality of the finish on the front plate. The VW insignia was very faded on the top half as compared to the lower half.”

Hi Andrea, Maybe in life if you advise that your not happy we could address your issue and rectify it, Looking at your order this was the badge you selected its a faint grey at the top and black at the bottom, it was meant to be like this! We have no email from you advising you where not happy. Thanks Again and all the best Mike
