“I have bought plates from you on a couple of occasions and am always pleased with the results. The only down side on this occasion was that I ordered the plates on a Friday morning, and paid extra for next day delivery (which stated includes Saturdays), because mine were stolen and desperately needed new plates. Unfortunately the plates didn't arrive until Monday. So really I probably could have left them on standard delivery and still got them the same time.”

Good Morning Chris, Thanks for your feedback. It is rare that our next day delivery is not met and note that you did not raise your concerns to us prior to leaving us a review. I have looked at this with our postal rep and they have admitted to having been at fault on this occasion, and we would also like to apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused. “Keenly priced. Very good website. Love the way one can view what you have designed. Just be careful to check every single detail before your final click as I somehow managed to add the wrong logo. Fairly certain it was my fault so I could not expect them to take them back. Excellent quality. Quickly despatched. I shall not be shopping anywhere else for my plates when I need some more. Worth noting that the chrome surrounds are plastic. I had foolishly thought they would be metal but in all fairness I should have realised that at the asking price they could never have been I suppose. The up side is that at least they won't rust!”

We have developed our site and plate builder page to be as easy to use as possible while still able to provide the widest choice and its good that this is regularly noted and this drives us even further. We can confirm that your initial order was indeed as you designed and it definitely pays to have a quick check before proceeding with purchase, as you kindly pointed out this would have been clearly visible on our plate builder page. Our chrome frames are of high quality and can appreciate how you may have thought these to be metal, we have taken this on board and will see how we can put this under its description, but again as you kindly pointed out we would not be able to provide these in metal at such good value.
