“Ordered my plate and it was delivered very quickly indeed. Anyway, I thought I had an issue with the plate because the lettering appeared more grey than black, so I sent a message asking for a return. I did not expect to get a response over the weekend and I was surprised to get a reply on the Sunday! It turns out that the plate still had the protective film covering the letters which I was totally unaware of, so the plate was in fact perfect. Top marks for customer support, who have said that this is not the first time this has happened and they are looking into adding a sticker to say there is a protective film that needs to be removed.”
