Hi Sam, Thanks for the review, I am really surprised to hear this as we use a product that is from the main supplier of number plates in the UK. Quality is our biggest part, I was dissapointed to see you havent reviewed the service or packaging or time of delivery from order and also it being recorded signed for to prevent anyone else getting your plates and putting them on their car as other suppliers tend to not do recorded delivery as its a big cost involved but we want to ensure the owner of that receives it. We never received a complaint about the product not being great which is a shame as we love customer feedback this only increases our pride to meet expectations. Again apologies you were not happy and I hope this doesn't affect you using us again or discussing future products being released from manufacturers to meet your expectations. Kind regards Mike

“The design was wrong, photographs were sent showing the fault of the layout. I sent several emails and had lame responses, so I sent back the plate and still have not received a refund or replacement. Now July 2017 and the plate sent back to the return address on the envelope it arrived in on 15th March 2017. Currently taking action with the credit card company to recover my money.”

“Good speedy service although I did have a problem with one of my plates that had started to blister I emailed them with photos and they replaced it straight away with no queries. All in all a really good service.”
