“I was disappointed with the order as I was told I'd miss read the order procedure. I thought I had to order the plates as normal and then email with instructions on how i wanted them spaced. Got a prompt email the next day saying that it was all automated and that my plates were in manufacture without the spacing I'd requested. Personally, I don't think the order process is very clear when it comes to anything other than a bog standard plate. So not very happy with the plates that were sent.”

“My plates were sent out from Jersey the next working day via the Royal Mail 'Special Next Day Delivery before 1pm' service. I allowed a couple of days due to the Xmas postal rush and they did not arrive. I contacted Chris at Showplates, who was very helpful. Chris contacted Jersey Post and they tracked the item to the Poole Royal Mail depot. A further five days passed before I received the items. Not Chris's or Showplates' fault, but the Royal Mail's. I could claim compansation for late delivery from RM but what's the point? I'd probably end up waiting seven month's for a few quid. Great service from Showplates, Emma at Jersey Post and Chris in particular. Shame that RM could not match it!”

Hi Stephen, Thanks for your feedback. Its very rare that our next day delivery is not met. We have a great relationship with royal mail and as you pointed out this was in fact due to the the holiday season which I am sure you can appreciate. “I've used MyShowPlates over a number of years - the plates are always of a good quality, the delivery prompt and the price is excellent. Its the details like getting the borders absolutely square with the edges and the registration number that makes a difference - many of the budget suppliers are very shoddy in this respect. I've never had a bad one from this company and will continue to use them for my future cars.”
