“Calls usually go right through, however, even if there is no connection, you still get charged for a minute. Since the calls are on $.01 per minute, it's not a big problem. The one thing I would like to see, however, would be the ability to block my number from being seen by the party I am calling. I'm not sure if that can be done, but I would like to have that option. Overall this is an outstanding service for cheap calls to China. One the one occasion that I contacted customer service via email, there response time to return the call was minimal, and question was quickly resolved. I highly recommend this service for calls to China.”

“Most of my calls are to Croatia. For many years I used Skype for my calls to Croatia but the quality of my calls deteriorated after Microsoft purchased Skype. So, I switched to MyTello and am very happy to have made the switch!”

“Seit einigen Jahren nütze ich mytello und habe damit hohe Telefonkosten eingespart, ja dadurch ist es mir möglich Telefonate zu Verwandten im Ausland zu tätigen, ohne dauernd auf die Uhr zu schauen. mytello funktioniert verläßlich! Ich empfehle mytello daher auch gerne weiter.”
