“Sharp clear calls. Quick connection. The money lasts a long time. Those are the 3 most important features to me. After 3 weeks of using this app, I can say it is the best I have tried so far. Customer service has been great. No matter what time of day or night I email, I get an answer within minutes. Yes the app needs improvement. I don't know if it's my phone or the app, but I cannot top up the money or add a phone # from the app. No biggie, I just do that from the desktop. I still think it's worth 5 stars.”

“the quality of voice is not consistent, good only after i email to help desk to feedback about the poor quality. after feedback the quality become good again. by that time i already force to used other telecom provide to meet my need instead of having to wait for helpdesk to do something if the corrections of the voice quality can be immediately will be great, else this is still something that i don’t like”

“I have enjoyed mytello since discovering it. I find that talking to someone in fiji there is abit of a delay compared to calling elsewea - have managed to work with it but hope it can be fixed :) Love mytello tho”
