“Cheap price - good line quality. Suggestions: 1. Auto-top would be a great feature e.g. your credit drops below 1€ and a predefined amount gets uploaded automatically. 2. I would be great to give my numbers (= phone numbers which can use my account) a nick name making it easier to see who (which phone) can do calls at my expense. This means in my case I'm also paying for other people calling me. 3. Furthermore I don't like the automatically generated dial in numbers, e.g. 10 static numbers would be much better and the customer can put his destination number against it. Reason for this: I gave a dial in number to my mum (71 years old) and I would like the number to stay the same even if my foreign number changes, which I would secretly change on the control panel. Currently any change to the destination number generates a new dial in number. The quick answer would be why don't you give your mum the new number, but the problem is who will save the new number in my mum's phone while I'm 1000km away. Generally I think these issues should be considered as parents are a big customer group. Young people might use skype or whatsapp call to talk over huge distances. Mytello is a great interface between old and young whereas only one person (normally the younger one) need the knowledge about the service.”

Hi Jens, I read your review, thank you very much! 1.) We have autotopup but only for credit card payments. We are also working on providing this with PayPal but this is way more complicated. 2.) About the nickname, we will check if we can do that. 3.) You can edit an existing dial in number with the pencil symbol and update the destination number for a specific dial in number, so after the update the number stays the same. “Keep getting told to recharge my account when there is plenty of time left, the need to keep in contact with my sister in south africa is vital due to illness. this is unacceptable and very disappointing.”
