"The shop consistently lies to its clients, doesn\u2019t stick to given promises. Was my first time experience with this platform and it was a total waste of time, money and effort.\r\nI made 2 orders within 2 days. First one - a dress for my daughter. Delivery from Italy to Greece said 5-7 working days. Makes sense. How long can it take? I had a few more days for it to arrive on time. The dress was supposed to be for her birthday party. However in reality it became 2 full weeks! Which means no dress for the party.\r\nI placed another order dress for myself 36 hours later. This time I chose express delivery, promised timeline 1-3 working days. 2,5 days later the dress wasn\u2019t even sent and it\u2019s already weekend so no one would send it till Monday now despite customer support ensured me they prioritized my order for logistics department! Yeah right. I had to cancel the order now on day 3 cause it\u2019s already clear it wouldn\u2019t arrive on time as well.\r\nI will never purchase anything from them again and don\u2019t recommend anyone do it unless you have a month to wait. Ridiculous, unacceptable service and no respect for customers.\r\nI now read reviews that company doesn\u2019t always refund and am worried if I even gonna get a refund. Awful."

"I ordered from Mytheresa for the first time however, I received a package without the item inside (they stuffed the box with all papers). After contacting the customer service and lengthy communication, Mytheresa denied the responsibility and provided only fault and untruthful excuses. The money was taken upon placing order, but I received nothing. No refund and no help. Have reported to police about this fraudulent transaction. Big scam!!Please be careful."

"I bought an item that had only one left in stock in my size. MYTHERESA took the money out of my account, and then informed me a few days later that the item had a \"defect\" (I suspect there was another reason and this excuse sounded better). I now have to wait even longer to get my money back before I can look for an alternative. Because there was no more stock I couldn't get an exchange. \r\n\r\nIf their excuse given is in fact true, it really makes no difference because their quality control process is not my concern and I shouldn't have to suffer due to its innefectiveness and their misinformation. What kind of retailer only does quality control just before the item ships? If this review is really about trusting the company, I wish I could give them 0 stars out of 5. They lied to me and failed me as a customer. \r\n\r\nWhen questioned about their poor service they just copy & pasted a generic support response email to me explaining why they weren't at fault. \r\n\r\nThey literally had one job and couldn't even do that. My advice would be avoid at all costs, they aren't providing a reliable or trustworthy service."
