I bought a Birger Christensen dress as Christmas gift for my mother of this website in November. Before I purchased it, I emailed customer service for clarification on the appropriate size and they recommended going down a size as it runs large. I followed their advice accordingly, however, the dress was far too small on my mother when I gave it to her on Christmas Day. Notwithstanding this, the quality of the dress was extremely cheap which is surprising and disappointing for a company selling “luxury fashion”. The dress was badly cut, the material was so flimsy you could see the outline of the undergarments and there was a slit at the front that nearly went up to the crotch. I emailed customer service after the Christmas period at the beginning of January and I was outraged and livid with the response I received from them. They told me that they would not give me a refund or an exchange as the returns policy was 30 days which is absurd and unfair as obviously this makes it impossible to return Christmas presents unless they are bought in December. The email was extremely arrogant and glib ending by telling me to have a “wonderful day”. They obviously are not too worried about tainting their “highly successful“ reputation or “outstanding” customer service team as I am still waiting for a response to my email forewarning them of my intention to negatively review their company. I would not give this company any stars if that was an option and I would certainly not recommend buying from it.

DONOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! DONOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I used this website several times and it was every time great. But this time it was different. I ordered 2 burberry wallets and I got only one. I wrote them and ask to send the other one or refund. Oder number is eu11670018 But they do not accept their mistake and they do not take thier responsible. They wrote just that they had shipped both two items. Now I lost 272 euros and no item in Hand. this is my worst experiense ever. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY TAKE MONEY AND THEY DONT ACCEPT THIER MISTAKE! YOU COULD LOOSE YOUR MONEY!

Man all y’all are cap, I came here to see reviews on Mytheresa and I seen nothing but bad ones. There lies. I had the best shipping time and packaging for my item from mytheresa, I called there customer support they helped me really well. So don’t believe all the bad ones you see. This website is good and trusted. And I’ll continue to shop for exclusive pieces here

Buyer BEWARE. Purchased $1,690 boots and returned them within the return period. MyTheresa.com claimed that they were worn, refused to return them and sent them back to me. They sent me the attached pictures as "proof" that they were worn. They were returned just as they were received. I absolutely did not wear the boots. They were returned in exactly the same condition as they were received. Now I'm out $1,690

Not happy with my purchase, bought gucci bag and it come with only box (damaged) + dustbag + bag , without shopping bag and authentic card, the bag was like old or rejected item. After email them then they just reply sorry & told me Gucci store sent to them like that. Very very bad, and if i return i need pay for the heavy tax + shipping

Ordered a $1500 jacket from Mytheresa, didn't receive the jacket, no response to date on where or when I will receive a refund or where the jacket even is. I have to work hard for my money and I feel totally scammed.

I recieved Balenciaga sneakers with defect, payed overprice, ordered express shiping, sended photos of defect the same day i received package, and they offered me exchange or money back. No compromise, discount, or something to make both sides happy. Now i will have to send it back and wait to receive new sneakers. Packaging is nice, customer support responsive, but useless

AVOID! I have ordered the shoes from them and was hoping to receive a new item, not worn or dirty, however, that’s exacly what I got. The tags were not there, the shoes were obviously worn a A LOT. When I contacted customer support about it, if you could call them that, they asked to privide a picture of a sticker on a sole, which ofc was missing. Apparently you cannot return the item if the damn sticker is missing. So somehow this was my fault that they shipped a faulty item and I can’t do anything about it. This is completely unacceptable, I feel they resell damaged items and then go out of their way to avoid any responsibility. This is a scam, avoid it at all costs

I had ordered a pair of slides and I recieved an empty box (it has only papers inside) . The customer service disclaimed responsibility at once. 100% disappointed. I would never buy anything from this site again!!

I ordered 300 usd Stella McCartney sunglasses and was charged 94 for import duty by DHL. I would have ordered from another company had I known this was going to be charged. They should let people know upfront.

Dishonest company! I bought £1230 ysl boots. I tried on one boot for 2 min (as I had ordered a different pair of ysl boots from another site and was choosing which I preferred). I immediately sent back the boots and they responded with scuff marks on the bottom of both boots claiming they had been worn. I can’t decide if they intentionally scuffed the boots afterwards or if they came scuffed (I think I would have noticed). But I can absolutely guarantee that I did not cause the wear. Now they refuse to take them back. I told a friend the story and she said the same thing happened to her with MyTheresa. They should be investigated as this can’t be legal.

Simply my WORST online shopping experience for any luxury site. The day before XMas, after taking several days to "prepare" the order, MyTheresa sent me an email to notify me that one item on my order was going to be removed as it was damaged and there was no other one in stock. Since it had taken so long to figure this out, the shoes were no longer available in another color either, so that was it. Case closed from MyTheresa's perspective, i had to manage my own gift situation... The discussions with customer service were more than slow (3 hours on average to get an answer by email), and no action was taken to find a replacement item (as a matter of fact, I was able to find one by calling Balenciaga directly...). Altogether, this is dealing with a team who doesn't care about the customer, who certainly doesn't go the extra-mile even when putting the customer in "difficulties" the night before X-Mas. And by the way, i am still waiting for a deeply felt message of apologies for the hassle I was put into. A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH A CARELESS DISTRIBUTOR.

Bad customer service, took a Long Time to respond and cancelled my order without notice. I’ve been a customer for many years and recently it seems like they have outsourced their customer service to some vendor who is slow to respond and passive aggressive in their response. When faced with a complaint, their response is thanks for the feedback and wish you a good day. Don’t bother using them if you are expect good service. If nothing goes wrong and you don’t have to deal with their customer service, all is good. Otherwise, good luck with getting a timely and satisfactory response. Buyer beware

Worst ever online shopping experience. My item never arrived and they did nothing about it despite many calls and emails. Completely unprofessional. Don’t waste your time with them, use Net-a-Porter instead.

Ordered some Gucci trainers Ordered some Gucci trainers. myteresa said they were delivered and signed for but not by me as I was away in the date they say they delivered. I’ve sent my boarding pass which show the exact dates of my break away. They stolen my money and I’m a world where there are so many reputable High end shopping sites is never use again. Net-a-Porter, Farfetch, Selfridges to name but a few. They all have same items. Be ware. They’ve taken £530 and basically stolen it despite my proof the delivery man didn’t deliver

I ordered a pair of Gucci espadrilles in a 6.5 i recieved them in about 2 days via. DHL they ran a bit small and exchanged them for a 7. DHL picked them up and i had the size 7 within 5 days. Beautifully packaged and in pristeen condition. I was impressed and truly happy. I dont understand the negative reviews. I was completely satisfied.

To be honest, it's the worst on-line shopping experience I ever have. I bought a pair of sneaker of McQueen Alexander , when I received, I found that the piping of the sneaker under the laces is torn so I asked for the exchange. Before I sent out the shoes, I emailed them to see how many days they need to process as I want to see whether I am able to received before I go oversea. The answer is 2-3 business days. Then I sent back the shoes to them. They received the shoes and sent me the confirmation email. However, after they received the shoes, they did not reply my email at all. I then called the customer service and made a complain. They used "they are currently having big volume of customer returns" as excuse and did not process my order. After 5 days, I still did not get any progress updated from them. As I was hurry and I was afraid I cant get the parcel before I went oversea, during the time, I called few times and emailed them twice to explain my situation and asked them whether they could process my order faster, still no reply!!!! Another week, I decided to call for the last time, the customer service person told me the system showed my order was blocked for unknown reason so that no one would process it!!!! Just wondering why they blocked my order for no reason disregard my urgent situation! Is it because of the complain phone call make for the beginning, so they decided to punish me in that way? ? I am very confusing, why customer service would be so unprofessional. And no one tell me my order have been blocked even so many phone call I made before. So, it wasted me about two weeks to get the shoes delivered to me and I had have to change my delivery address to my friend's to make sure the shoes would not send back. I am so disappointed and it could be my and my friends' last time to shop here.
