“I placed my order and it was delivered in less than two weeks! My beautiful black long sleeve, high neck stretch tulle t shirt arrived beautifully packaged in wonderful yellow box with magnetic closure. The shirt was wrapped in white tissue with a simple black fabric ribbon. The tissue was closed with a beautiful silver sticker. In that package was a very nice white card with a note that said “Thank You this package was lovingly wrapped by ———-“. The signature was handwritten! I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase from mythresea. This company appreciated my business and I appreciate the treatment. Many stores have employees who could care less if the customer was or was not happy with their purchases. Thank you mythresa, I will be back. Yvonne”

“I just wanted to share this review as it was only last week, I was a first time customer reading reviews myself and was quite disappointed by what I had read. I have had an absolutely flawless experience with my order. I purchased shoes for my wedding (a pretty big deal) and they arrived within a week (very fast considering they’re international). The packaging was exceptional and the shoes in perfect condition. I would also like to confirm that I was able to track the delivery the whole way and it was handed to me by the courier from DHL where he requested a signature. To the team, thank you so much! You have most definitely gained a repeat customer.”

“I have the best experience with Mytheresa for luxury goods. Purchase and return are free as long as you spend over €200. Occasionally they have promotion for free delivery for any purchase. The Pickup refund process is Super easy. Order a pickup service from DHL online takes me about 1 min, courier will pick up the package. Refund is received within 5 working days, mostly 3 working days for me from the day of pickup. Customer service is superior. I never had to wait, customer service pick up the phone immediately. Very good stock, fantastic purchase and return process, efficient customer service. The only suggestion is the website could do with some updates. Hard to pick more than 1 size in filter. Not sure why I need to log in every time when I check my account? Since I have face login, it doesn’t bother me that much, but still find it a bit inconvenient. All in all, Mytheresa is the best luxury online shop in my opinion!”

“I ordered a pair of Gucci espadrilles in a 6.5 i recieved them in about 2 days via. DHL they ran a bit small and exchanged them for a 7. DHL picked them up and i had the size 7 within 5 days. Beautifully packaged and in pristeen condition. I was impressed and truly happy. I dont understand the negative reviews. I was completely satisfied.”
