I can't recommend them. I've made four orders and all had been messed up with. With my first (UK) I had troubles with the delivery company, which claimed my address wasn't correct (it was but well DPD...) and wanted to return the package to the sender if the sender wouldn't contact them with the correct address, I contacted the customer service and got a sloppy answer and no help at all, he obviously didn't want to work and let me wait for ages- the simply question needed 45min to be fully answered- that he won't do anything. In the end I could manage it with DPD customer service. With my second order (US) I had troubles with customs as it hadn't been marked with VAT paid by MyUS, I had to pay customs again, had paid them in advance. I contaced them and were promised by a MyUS worker that I will get that money refunded, but didn't get the whole amount back. As compensation after I wrote an angry Email they have offered me a month free Premium membership without being charged when turning back to free membership, but I had to pay for that- great compensation- I had to pay some extra money, no reply to my mail about that. One album of my third order (US) had been opened by a worker of MyUS, luckily no photocards were missing, but well very bad behaviour. I had my fourth order (US) checked for and they only checked one album, not all as I had requested and paid for. I'm going to use them only if there really are no other options available! Can't recommend them at all unless it's the only choice left. Other proxy services offer much better services. Positive had been that my packages had been well packed and the US Chat staff had been friendly. And all orders have arrived in the end.

Hello, Do not really check what they receive and want to have you paying pictures when they wrote false descriptions ( ex: no leather sole when the shoes come with leather sole). They make you pay 3 times for the same invoice. The service went down since there is a new owner.

In my first (and last) shipping request I chose Fedex Econ and it was written that it will take from (2-5 business days) but when I contacted Fedex they told me that Fedex Econ takes from (8 - 12 business days) and indeed from the request day to the receiving days it took more than 15 days this is false advertising for a service that costs $100 + subscription fees. Further, the time required to prepare a shipment to be sent is much more than the time was required when I used other similar services to ship from US to Saudi Arabia. Although, other services did not ask for subscription! Further, since MyUS rely on weight to determine the size, they claim that my shipment is 13.8 lb and I was charged based on that, then Fedex stated that the shipment is 13.3 lb! At the end, the claims of MyUS are mostly not correct from my experience that's why I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

You DO NOT save extra money. I paid for the shipping and the customs fees upfront. After it arrived in my country, the website says they were delivering my package that day. Pure lies. A courier came to my house to tell me I had to sign more papers and gave me a letter with a list of things I had to bring such as my passport, the WAYBILL, and other things. So, I am not getting any delivery today. Tomorrow I have to figure out where to go because the letter mentions at least two different places with no clear instructions. I guess I will start at the FEDEX building that is 30 minutes away. On top of these problems, there seems to be another bill attached to the documents that the courier gave me. I hope they do not expect me to pay this bill as well. This is not a dedicated shipping company. All they do is repack and ship your things through an established company. They are like the middle-men and chances are, you will pay more and be more inconvenienced in the long run. Find a company that does their own shipping and will deliver directly to your house without you having to run around town to find your packages.

A customer for a long time,but know its finish.very bad custom support they take money for delivery and you have to wait 3 to 4 days till they send it.customer care is very rude. I dont want to recommend them any more.

They did deliver my goods and you know what you are paying for and getting. My only complaint was that the cancellation process was horrible and took far too many steps and e-mails to actually push through. Be warned, it will be very hard to to unsubscribe.
