An extremely unreliable and untruthful company. Here is my recent experience. A couple months ago, I received a "package in suite" notification for a package from the US. On the SAME DAY, I issued the shipment request. As I needed the package quickly, I opted for urgent handling with Fedex. This is where the horror started. My package became stuck in their "queue" for weeks. I contacted via chat and via email with multiple reps (as phone service is not available) who all had different responses to where my package was. One said they had it and are preparing, the other said it had been lost in the warehouse, another said it was already sent. I said "how in the world does that happen if I made the request same day as package was received...how do you lose a package within minutes of receiving the shipment request" Then another shock: one rep said my package was misshipped to another customer. I was stunned. How can this happen. No response except "please provide an invoice" and "please provide pictures of your item" which is actually their delay tactic in previous shipments I have had with them. If you misshipped to another customer, you have the tracking of that package, why not just recall the package? Or are you just lying and have stolen my package? Another couple weeks pass by with the different stories such as "give our warehouse 7-14 business days to find your package". Very unreasonable. Finally, I get a hold of a rep who says that my package has in fact been misshipped. To where you ask? To Japan. That's right 10,000km (6,500miles) away from origin location. I live in Canada and that is where the package was destined for. They provided the tracking for the Japan-bound package and said it would take a couple weeks to send back. How in the world does something like this even happen? Now I am stuck in a place where I can't figure out if they are lying about the Japan package (as the weight and dimensions listed on Fedex tracking do not match my own package) or they just stole my package outright. The package was a very expensive one and let that be a lesson to everyone here. PS. I must say after reading all the reviews, only the 1 star ones are detailed enough to be true. The 5 star ones seem short and fabricated. I also read reviews about working at MyUS and the staff that left said the company is a scam (e.g. they sell off "lost" customer packages to increase their revenues; their HR team creates fake positive reviews). Please PLEASE avoid this company at all cost and use any of their competitors even if it costs a bit more.

I signed up for the 30 day trial. I purchased an item to ship overseas. Before completing my purchase, I entered the specs and weight of the product to get the estimated shipping cost.(~$169.00- budget). My item was delivered in two days, however, they took 3 weeks to review. Then they came back with some recommendations for shipping the item on a pallet, and indicated that this would add additional weight to the item. I was asked approve this without any pricing. I told them that I needed to know what the cost would be with a pallet. After a weekend of correspondence, I received an estimate of $630. When I asked for the breakdown of the cost, i learned that while the pallet did add to the overall cost, the dimensions of the item was used to determine the equivalent weight. Their website does not state this information and the estimates given only ask for the item weight. Realizing that I was being scammed, I promptly updated my ship to address and asked that they send it to me, at my US address, via fedex ground. I figured, I would just return the item to the vendor myself. They took another week to actually ship the item; 2 days later I received a notification from Fedex that the item was “ delivered”. When I checked the tracking, I showed the item only got as far as the Fedex local dispatch and then it was sent back to MyUS. I reached out to MyUS for an explanation, they said they would contact fedex to find out. Meanwhile they charged me for a delivery, I had not received. Another two weeks goes by, and they tell me that they can return to the vendor for me but I will be responsible for the shipping fees. I told them it would be best if they returned the item to me directly and I would deal with the vendor. Two more weeks go by, and I receive a notification that the package was released for shipping. I again inquired, what was the cause of the package being returned, they said “ fedex did not give details on this”. I then said, ok, but I’ve already paid and don’t expect to be charged a second time the issue was on the shipping end! No response, then I get a notification that my item has shipped and a charge to my PayPal account. I was livid......but I waited until I received my item before filing a complaint with PayPal. In the meantime, I asked MyUS for a refund for the previous charge; they responded that in their t’ & c’s , the purchaser is responsible for all shipping fees. I told them I fully agree with that, but I did not receive the item the 1st time you shipped, so therefore, no shipping fee. The response was, “ we cannot give a refund without investigating further”. Mind you the only correspondence they do is via email. PayPal within 2 days, resolved and closed the dispute in my favor. I will never deal with MyUS ever ever again!

Warning !! Warning !! MyUS is incompetent and can not be trusted. I saw 5 star false reviews then I got started. So I ordered something (value $200) from my supplier and told them to send it to MYUS Suit. I gave them myus address & suit number. The parcel arrived at MyUS facilities then I opened a live chat asked them what's next and then they said I should wait for 24Hrs the parcel is being processed. After 3 days when I contacted them, they told me a different story. ""The package was shipped out into a wrong suite. There has been no updates yet. Neal is currently assigned to your case. He is one of our supervisors, please wait for his email response about this matter"" --- "" Unfortunately the item was misplaced and we are searching for it in our facility. We will contact you once the search process is completed. "" It's week 6 and I haven't received my parcel. There's no proper response and they keep on saying we have escalated your case. CASE NUMBER: 01962686 Scammers!!!!

They are criminals. They know what they are doing and will not provide live human contact for that very reason. Worst company in the shipping industry. God they suck!

This is my first time ever writing a review for any business. I have joined their account on September to send some vitamins to my parents. It's been 4 months of endless back and forth conversation chat and email with agents. My items has still not been shipped to the receiver. MAKE SURE YOU READ THEIR RIDICULOUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS if you decide to work with them. I would never give my business to these people. Hope this was helpful. DON'T WORK WITH MYUS.COM. IT'S A SCAM .

MyUS.com caused me to waste money to ship relatively inexpensive items to Ghana. I provided invoices for the purchases ahead of time like they requested. Yet, they chose to assign their own estimates my packages and these were all grossly inflated. They then charged exorbitant prices to ship packages for me. I tried to get assistance with customer service. I was never given the chance to talk directly to someone. I used the instant chat as well as email. Communication was slow and tedious. They seemed incapable of seeing or acknowledging their error. I have never felt this badly about my interactions with any other company. I believe I was robbed and even contemplated on whether to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

I had to ask them to discard the packages they have of mine after they charged me >800$ without my permission for shipping a product that their own calculator showed to be 100$ shipping. They are based on deception of customers, any company with  even the slightest business dignity has long would have identified that once they provide a quote of 100$ for a shipment, they cant charge a customer >800$  without his consent. More so, when immediately after the charge, the customer indicates he has no desire for such a costly service (when they are "caught in the act"), they don't even have the decency to return the funds at full to the customer. I have lost the product I ordered and paid for as I was stupid enough to use their services.

The worst mail forwarding company I have ever used This company is slow, poorly run and dishonest - It took this company more than 3 working days to acknowledge that my package has arrived and been signed for at their warehouse - It did not bother to my enquiry messages for days, until I wrote a negative review - I received an email to ask me whether the package its warehouse received is mine because the recipent name is different. It was from a "No Reply" account, so I couldn't reply to confirm that it was - I got an email notification that my package had arrived and if I didn't send it out within 1 working day, the company would start charging me storage fees. I opened up my account to find that my package was still not logged into their system for me to send out. So that meant I would be charged storage fees for a package I couldn't send out. - I complained and the service staff sent out the package on my behalf. I was not given a chance to choose which service I wanted (i.e. how fast/slow my package would be shipped and at what price). I wasn't even given a chance to approve the payment amount. The money was simply deducted from my Paypal account without my knowledge or approval. The company acted like a thief here. - The company claimed that it would give me US$20 of credit to apologise to me how slow its service had been. When it first sent out my package without my knowledge or approval, it charged me US$17 and deducted this from my US$20 credit. A few hours later, the price increased to US$36 and I was charged an additional US$16 via Paypal without my knowledge or approval. If you do not want to give me the US$20, then you shouldn't have offered it to me. Instead of increasing the price by two times so the credit would not offset any costs. - This is the most expensive shipping service I have ever used. It is charging me US$36 to ship an package weighing 7.2 ounces or 200 grams from the US to Thailand Please avoid this company at all cost.

Hi there Do not use this service. They lost my parcel and then having charged me $58 to ship a dress (which I insured with them) from the US to the UK. Refuse to refund me my money for either - they will only look at crediting my account, Stay away.

Here's a claim's copy I've sent to MyUS.com: I am very angry, I never signed to be a membership at $7/month : something hidden in your contract.  So do not charge this amount..There are lots of very bad surprises with your business as AUTOMATIC paypal payment that i never signed for : another hidden sentence.  On the top of it your fedex quote ($ 68)  is not reliable at all because i have been charged $ 50 (overcharge) + $ 40 (taxes) by fedex Israël  to get my $200 merchandise parcel. Over that you cheat with your member cancelation form that does not work. It's a Shame. Fedup.

They did deliver my goods and you know what you are paying for and getting. My only complaint was that the cancellation process was horrible and took far too many steps and e-mails to actually push through. Be warned, it will be very hard to to unsubscribe.

It's a very bad company. All I want to say is that they are an organized gang to steal money from their clients. Every time my shipment is delayed for them for two months in this bad company. The shipping cost to my country, Kuwait, costs me $ 300. Although the actual cost does not exceed $ 150. Every month, 7 dollars are deducted from my credit card .. and they photograph my goods when they arrive in their warehouse, 5 pictures. This is supposed to be free according to their instructions, but they are liars. They take 5 dollars for each product they photograph. Now I have goods they have for a month and now when I contact them they say In Review I do not know what I should work with them I strongly advise against dealing with them, especially for international shipments.

It's a scammer site. I have experienced lost parcel and swapped parcel by internal staffs and I was charged with fees for service which I did not applied.

I opened an account with MyUS on 20.09.2020 to receive a shipment that otherwise couldn't be sent to my country. Quickly after making the purchase in the shop, the problems with MyUS started: 1. I created an "Incoming Package" with all the relevant information: Tracking Number and a PDF with seller infrmation, description, screenshot of the product and invoices. This was three days prior to the package arriving at the MyUS address. The status of this entry never changed from "uploaded". After three days I received an automated and generic e-mail telling me, that some information is missing (but not WHICH...) 2. I've contacted MyUS twice to ask them, what's wrong with the information I provided, but never got an answer. 3. The package arrived and was processed without anyone taking a look at the information I provided. They arbitrarily set the value of the goods, even though the seller confirmed that they put a purchase receipt into the package. I contacted MyUS to ask them why they didn't use the provided value and got no answer. Trying to change the value they declared always ended in a generic error message. 4. After the package was processed, I chose "urgent handling" (same day shipping) and "additional padding" when creating the shipment request. Even though I paid for the services, neither of the two was fullfilled. The package got sent the next day and upon receiving the package, there practically wasn't any padding in the package at all (ten small styro pellets). 5. Worst of them all: The product I shipped with MyUS wasn't working properly. The seller confirmed that they've tested everything multiple times before sending it out. The Package I received wasn't damaged at all. This leaves the opening and re-packaging process at MyUS as the source of the damage. After contacting MyUS I didnt receive any answer. Everything included I've paid more than 350 $ for a product that I can't use.

instead of spending time to better their service, MyUS hire people to write fake review for them all over the internet My item was missing and the agent just said that it was not their fault without any proof. I was charged extra 1-3lb (which is worth an extra $20-$50) with every order and once the product arrive in my country, DHL made me go run all the paperwork myself and pay an extra paperwork fee to them. When asked, MyUS just said it has nothing to do with them and they won't contact DHL for any explanation either, so you're basically on your own. The agent actually end the chat while I was still talking to them. Mysterious extra charges with rude, unhelpful customer service and lost item!!! beware of AWFUL customer service

Hi, I am a user of your website (Myus.com) Some day before, my account hold for several days, and I contact the support team and say waiting, we will contact you; after several days when I try to login to my account, my account locked, and I can not be able to log in, I see an email with this content: " Hello Marjorei Calaranan MK , Due to some information provided, we are no longer able to offer you services. The packages remaining in the Suite can only be returned to the merchants. Please contact the sellers through Amazon or their respective websites and request a pre-paid return label. Once you have the labels, please reply with them attached to this email and we can have the packages returned. I look forward to your reply with the return labels. Best Regards, Tracy MyUS.com www.myus.com " I do not know what is happening, I try to contacts that seller, but many of the sellers do not reply me, and somebody does not accept return products, So I ask your support if you can not send my package to outside the USA, send it to a US address I provide to them, but your support sends me exactly the message after several days. So what can I do when almost the seller does not give me a return label or do not reply? I asking you If you can not send my package to my country, send all of them to a US address I give you. Worst customer service ever. Cannot telephone them. Chat online does not work and they dont reply to you emails. Expensive shipping with no service. Parcel has been sitting for nearly 2 weeks in their possession. I refuse to use this company again. Please save yourself alot of heartache and dont use!

I had a order shipped from them, months later an email for PayPal about an invoice I paid to them. Tried to contact them, took forever, finally found out they didn't ship an item out of the package, so they left it in my suite with no notice and started charging me storage fees for it after the allotted time was used up. Left out packaged valued at $10. $15 storage fees, $21 shipping on me, for their mistake. Trashed package and deleted my account. I will give them points for a strong marketing scheme. Most of the online reviews are bogus created by the marketing campaign. Don't be fooled. Terrible customer service, just rude and belligerent.

If I could give 0 stars to myus.com, I would. I would urge anyone who is thinking of using them to PLEASE reconsider and use another company. They are a scam and will hold your products forever, provide no customer service and charge you ludicrous amounts of money for shipping. They held my packages for 2 months and provided me with no status claiming "Covid 19" as an excuse. I got so frustrated that I arranged for my own courier go to pick my packages up from them and told them to have the packages ready. After 9 failed attempts, I finally found the text of the VP of customer service and wrote a scathing note to her. I received no response, but the next courier attempt was successful. I had my packages sent to another freight forwarder who immediately logged my packages and sent them out (myusaddress.ca). myus.com does not answer phonecalls, you cannot leave messages, they do not have an online chat, so the only way you can communicate with them is email which takes days to respond and the responses are useless. You will seriously regret it if you go with them and their bogus claims...they have great marketing but NOTHING behind it…just money grabbers.

WARNING. STAY AWAY. It's been several weeks and I still haven't received my package. I'm now stuck dealing with the black hole of customs. MYUS messed up the declaration value and also didn't provide the correct shipping details. Guess who's stuck with the admin as well as paying a $118 penalty? Me! Their customer service is atrocious. Their attitude is "You're on your own buddy. Deal with it." Not only is MYUS at the rock bottom of delivery services I've used... BUT they are rock bottom out of ALL service providers I've used. I'm shocked at how poor they are at providing value to their customers.
